a day with my family :)
it was in the Kowloon City area.. (where we had Thai food last night) .. was nice to see it in the day this time! and LOTS of good looking food places around too!!
we stopped on the way in this bakery called Tony Wong... a well known pastry chef.. didn't buy anything but they were pretty fine with me taking pics of all their cakes.. those flower cakes...... NEED I SAY MORE?!?!
this is fried radish in XO sauce.... it was nice and spicy... and it was served in such a cool looking tortilla bowl!!
afterwards, we went over to the family friends' house to just hang out for a bit... and this little boy was getting drawn on his face by his older sister with water colour pencils.. soo cute.. she was going to town with these pencils!! drew all over his face!! (she drew on my hand too but forgot to snap a pic :( )
afterwards, me and my cousin went to Mong Kok to look at watches.. was hoping to find a cheap one.. and/or a nice designer watch..but a little too expensive for me right now .. still fun walking around Mong Kok.. always extremely busy!!
we walked into this area and Nokia was doing a really cool "ad" by blowing out these FOAM shapes...... it was SO COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i've never seen anything like this and they were floating all over the sky!!!
my cousin tried to catch one but this girl caught it instead... i thought it'd crumble, but it actually kept it's shape pretty well!!! so cool!! there was a heart shape, flower shape and teddy bear shape!
this below is a ferrero rocher christmas tree (probably fake)
we met up for dinner with his long time friends (that he hasn't seen in years??).. at a place called the Dog House.... they serve AMERICAN FOOD!! (burgers, wraps, pizzas, pastas)!!! lol pretty funny and ironic thought..
the view was pretty awesome though... it was along the harbour.. so we looked out onto the same view as what we'd see at the Avenue of the Stars..(maybe a little more west.. but still so gorgeous)
accompanied by a LIVE BAND... (a Filipino band..that sang and played english songs..).. they were actaully pretty darn good!
a reunion!!! so cute!!! :)
we walked over to East Tsim Sha Tsui... and wanted to take some nice pics... during the holidays every building is extremely well decorated (as you all probably have been seeing in my pictures at the malls)
they even put up a temporary ice rink... LOL pretty awesome considering they don't get snow!!! still such a nicer ice rink than any ones i've ever seen in Canada!
Kenny taking pics for us so we put all our bags with him.. (the pile got huge it was hilarious)
YES I LOVE FROYO OKAY.. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! LET ME BE HAPPY!!!!
