So I bought some avocados and tomatoes with the idea of making a tomato avocado salsa.. I am a SUCKER for salsa!!! i just LOVE IT! salsa and chips > a bag of chips ANY DAY!! so i got this idea from my sister and decided to make my own.. and this time i put some corn in it because i had some leftover corn in the fridge.. super easy and super yummy!!
1 avocado
1 tomato
1/2 can of corn
2 cloves garlic
1/4 red onion
1/2 lime
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper (optional)
i chopped the avocado and tomato up (small pieces to fit on chips) and the onion too (but not in this salsa because i didn't have any), minced the garlic with the salt so that it's fine, and squeezed the lime juice in.. added some salt and pepper.. and voila!!
*drools* need to eat now!
