these are called JENGA cakes... mango on the left and durian on the right..basically, its this place's version of the pancake.. (the pancake is the same thin sugar layer wrapping up the fruit and whipped cream...if you saw my asia blog last year you wouldve seen it)

Coconut ice!! this place is better than Tong Pak Fu i find. :) it's on a street called MENS STREET (lam yun guy) vs the Ladies street in Mong Kok.... On this street though, aside from MANY late night restaurants.... are hookers ... eew.. i saw a few :(
my aunt liked the durian cake so much she ordered a second!
this is the ... glutinous rice balls i believe... in a peanut sesame soup? it was freshly ground... pretty good....although i ate too much sweet stuff so there wasnt too much taste!

i'm salivating while looking at that durian jenga cake! AND that shaved ice, don't get me started!! i went to destiny after reading your previous dessert posts. of course, my mango shaved ice didn't look that magnificent and it probably didn't taste as amazing in comparison!
lol yeah the jenga cake was pretty awesome! we def need to open up something in toronto with these desserts.. apparently you can buy those ice shaving machines too!
